Slight mishap with jack-audio-connection-kit upstream branch.

Hi folks,
Through soem slight carelessness, I accidentally changed the upstream branch of the jack-audio-connection-kit git repo to be the same as master, as ou may notice from the commits list. I've fixed things manually, so things shoudl be back to how they were. I am sorry for the misshap, and will take measures to make sure it doesn't occur again. If anything else is still broekn due to my mistake, please let me know and I'd be happy to help resolve it.
