As a programmer, I'd say "don't repeat yourself" here. Given that the
files are really identical, how about refactoring the po files from
jackd1 and jackd2 into a common jackd-config package?

We could also move /etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf to this
jackd-config package.

WDYT? Useful or over-engineered? We're not exactly in a hurry.
