Dear Maintainer,


I try to compress to .flac .wav files having 24 bit, 96 kHz sound as follows:

flac --bps=16 --sample-rate=44100 -o 1.flac 1.wav

the resutled .flac file has orignal bit/rate - noithing changed to the param.s .

Please fix it. Thank You for Your work.
