Bug#653451: libavcodec-extra-53: Please document the differences in the description

The current description contains:
 This package contains a unrestricted version of the libavcodec shared
 object that should only be used by Debian packages.

It does not say that the only actual difference in codec support is
the addition of a second AAC encoder and an amr-wb encoder (where
especially the first one is probably not really useful).
