oom git repo created

Hi Jonas!


I've seen you've filed an ITP for openoctave. In the meantime, they have
their second release, commonly named oom2.

I guess there will be oom3 one day, hence I decided to name the source
package oom:

   http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-multimedia/oom.git

Let's start the work? ;)
