Too much chit chat in that changelog IMO.

Please don't commit each auto-generated changelog update, but instead 
manually edit first, and only commit the polished result :-)

Like this:

   git dch -a
   $EDITOR debian/changelog
   git commit -m "Update changelog." debian/changelog
