i fixed the remaining manpage related lintian warnings, by adding both
simple some manpages and by fixing the whatis entries in the generated
manpages.
since there is already an entry about manpages in debian/changelog, i
guess we can do without regenerating debian/cl.

apart from that, i think we are there!
