python-ecasound needs love

Hi all,
I've almost finished the work on the ecasound2.2 package (there are still
some lintian warnings that needs to be fixed, probably some issues with 
libecasound2.2-dev dependencies and copyright to be updated).

One of my main concern is actually the Python module (python-ecasound2.2). 
It seems to work, but I'm not much into python packaging so I think it is 
better if someone more experienced than me have a look at it [0].

If someone would also like to have a look at the whole package he is 
welcome to do it :)
