Bug#635118: Some clarifications regarding gedit 3.0 plugin changes.

It was brought to my attention, that my bug report was unclear and it is indeed.
Apologies for that.

What has changed is not only the plugin path but the plugin API also.

It is now GI (Gobject Introspection) based, so the plugins need to be updated
for gedit 3.0.
