libav 0.7 transition

Hi,

I've been working on it in Ubuntu (Oneiric have already libav 0.7),
opening at the same time bug reports in Debian with the patch I
applied there. I'm still far from the end of the transition, but as
I'll be on holidays this week, I should have more time to work on it.

Any help is welcome :-) (especially from the Debian side)
