I've been reviewing ardour3 to upload it soon, please ask upstream to
fix the following licensing issues:

Those files completely lack licenses reference.

Sources say LGPL, libs/pbd/COPYING says GPL-2.

No licenses here, too.

Public-Domain? I don't know, upstream should give more information and
state whether it is public-domain.
