Bug#619858: vlc FTBFS because of incorrect build-dependency

Hi,

vlc 1.1.8-1 currently FTBFS on hppa, s390 and sparc because of a wrong
build-dependency[1]. The log files[2][3][4] all contain this:

	checking for THEORA... yes
	checking for DIRAC... yes
	checking for SCHROEDINGER... no
	configure: error: Library schroedinger-1.0 >= 1.0.10 needed for schroedinger was not found
	make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_configure] Error 1
	make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/buildd-vlc_1.1.8-1-hppa-UUvoDW/vlc-1.1.8'
	make: *** [build] Error 2
	dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2

However, vlc 1.1.8-1 currently only depends on libschroedinger-dev
(>=1.0.7). You should probably update the build-dependencies.

Although bumping the bumping the build-dependencies would probably be
the correct solution, it won't solve the problem completely, see [5].
