Ecasound 2.8.0 (maybe) ready for upload (again)

Hi all,

in the previous version (2.7.2) of the ecasound package, Alessio hit a bug 
while reviewing it (basically the build process got stuck during the tests 
in particular situations), that should have been fixed in this release. 

Apart from the new upstream release, I've also done some changes to the 
packaging compared to 2.7.2-1 (mainly because of lintian updates, e.g.
the new intra-source-package-circular-dependency warning, and to reflect
the new upstream sources).

The package is on git [0], could someone please have a look at it?

Note that since the source package and some of the binaries have been
renamed (and some new binary packages have also been added) this will need 
to go through NEW (asking for a removal of the old ecasound2.2 will be 
needed as well, AFAIU).
