Empty / broken repositories cluttering PET

I've created the pet-ignore file for deadbeef (have I done it right?). I'm 
not sure whether it makes sense to keep the repository since upstream is 
not willing to put the software in a better shape, but it was quite some 
work at the time and who knows, upstream may change his mind in the future.
