Bug#647479: libflac8: Does not show rate.

Dear Maintainer,

when I play files w/ mplayer2 I do not see the rate of its audio as follows:

please note the line starting w/ AUDIO - there is zero-rate. And so it is for every FLAC file I play.

I believe it happened since I migrated from stable to testing.
