Sources with RCS files

Best is to ask upstream to not include such control files in the
upstream tarballs anymore. This should be done first in any case.

Next steps may include: 

 a) tweak debian/gbp.conf to instruct git-import-orig to ignore these
 files on the next import

 b) remove the files from our 'upstream' branch. This requires you to
 reroll a new orig.tar.gz, increment version number with an +dfsg1
 suffix, update 'pristine-tar' data and merge back to master.

I think b) is not worth the efford and your available time is invested
better in more important things.
