Bug#644554: audacious-plugins: mp4 files not closed after playing

Audacious does not close the mp4 files it opens.

I am playing from a single playlist, with 'repeat' and 'shuffle' on. The
files are mp4.

After some time of running, the list of open files has grown rather large,
and includes many duplicates (i.e. audacious is not keeping them open to
reuse them later (and why would it anyway...))
