Bug#640285: vlc has no copyright information (doc directory is empty)

The last upgrade is certainly not the culprit. I strongly suspect
1.1.4-1 -> 1.1.5-1
I don't know if there is a way to have the package force the symlink to
be created.

To fix, i suggest:
apt-get remove vlc; rm -rf /usr/share/doc/vlc; apt-get install vlc

Will have to think a bit on how to fix that automatically
