ITP: ffdiaporama -- Movie creator from photos and video clips

Hi,

I just uploaded the first version of this package.

Remaining work:
- Watch file: the schema of the tarball is not the same as the release
number (release is 1.2.1 but tarball is 1.2.2012.0305). I think I'll
adopt the numbering of the tarball, but I'll check with upstream if he
will/can change that.
- manpages (asked upstream)
- uses ffmpeg instead of avconv: I'm in contact with upstream about that
- some typos in the translation. I have to check them and report upstream.

This is still targetting UNRELEASED. Once the watch file (and the
release number) and the manpages are ok, It may be time for upload.

We'll see,
