libav-regular-dbg is still Arch: any.

It seems you only fixed this for the extra package, not for the 
regular ones, which still have their shlibs information generated with 
(>= $(DEB_VERSION)).

I suggest to fix the above two issues and re-upload as -7 together 
with xz compression enabled.
