AFAIUI the ftp-admins have a tool called 'dak auto-cruft' (or similar)
that is used on a semi-regular basis to clean up such obsolete
packages. Normally, we do not have to request it, nevertheless, I think
it blocks migration to testing and needs to be done at some point.
