Versioned Suggests are moot. What does help is a Breaks relation 
against unsupported versions of cmus.

The cmus package currently Recommends the cmus-plugin-ffmpeg package, 
i.e. it gets pulled in by default. Promoting cmus to Depends for this 
package will thus result in a circular dependency chain and that has 
to be avoided.
