Hi,
during an upgrade test with piuparts I noticed your package installs
files over an existing symlink, overwriting files from another package
in a way that is not detected by dpkg:
1m1.5s INFO: dirname part contains a symlink:
/usr/share/doc/libdv-bin/changelog.Debian.gz != /usr/share/doc/libdv4/changelog.Debian.gz (libdv-bin)
/usr/share/doc/libdv-bin/changelog.gz != /usr/share/doc/libdv4/changelog.gz (libdv-bin)
/usr/share/doc/libdv-bin/copyright != /usr/share/doc/libdv4/copyright (libdv-bin)
Looks like /usr/share/doc/libdv-bin was a symlink in squeeze and is a
directory in wheezy.
libdv-bin.preinst should probably do something like
test ! -L /usr/share/doc/libdv-bin || rm /usr/share/doc/libdv-bin
Please clean this up in wheezy.
Cheers,
Andreas
