Bug#696471: handbrake-cli: Info page for handbrake not present

According to the man page the complete description is contained in the
Info manual:

       The full documentation for HandBrakeCLI: is maintained as a
       Texinfo manual.  If the info and HandBrakeCLI: programs are
       properly installed at your site, the command

                     info HandBrakeCLI:

       should give you access to the complete
       manual.

However, the package does not contain any texinfo manual.

Looking through the sources, I see a subdirectory doc/texi/

The files contained in there do not seem to contain any handbrake
specific content, e.g. handbrake.texi.m4 has only includes.
