This is not going to be accepted. Look at copyright and grep
'SmartMovie'. That license is certainly non-free. Also, the license
other-1 is non-free to me. Software has to conform to MPEG-U Widgets
(ISO/IEC 23007-1) standard. The "other-3" license is vague and needs
clarification, or the file should be removed.

This was the main hold up for me continuing work on packaging gpac. I
also wanted to replace gpac's use of openssl with nettle.
