Thanks. FWIW the configuration is written like this:
is_affected = .build-depends ~ /libx264-dev/;
is_good = .depends ~ /libx264-120/;
is_bad = .depends ~ /libx264-118/;
I'll probably take care of this transition.
FWIW: vlc is also involved in the libupnp (planned) and iceweasel9
(mostly finished) transitions.
