> This package contains some general command line utilities for dirac.

Unless "dirac" refers to something other than the Dirac format, "Dirac" 
is a proper noun and should be capitalized.

Note that "command line utilities for Dirac" is vague. An explanation of 
what these utilities do would be interesting.
