Bug#659705: libmpeg2-4: Upload 0.5.x to unstable?

Hi,

mpeg2dec 0.5.1 is in experimental for more than 3(!) years now. Is there any
reason against uploading it to unstable to replace the (ABI compatible) 0.4.1
version?
