As far as I can see from the log, also the class MP4Error was removed
by upstream.

Well, after checking-out the revision r321 from upstream SVN, it is in
clear that we'd need to reintroduce the src/mp4error.h header and the
respective implementation which was placed in src/mp4util.cpp.
