Thanks for the reminder. We really should get this update out RSN.

I've updated the mplayer2 parts now. I'm unsure if we should keep the
lame entry, I guess most people have noticed that we have it by now.
OTOH, I probably won't do harm either.

the LV2 and ladish section leaves me these questions unanswered:

 - is jack1 expected to work with session handling?
 - What does the user need to do to use the new session handling code?
 - What are the bug numbers for the remaining work?
