On m68k, I get these warnings during compilation:

../config/cpu/generic/atomicity.h:23:2: warning: #warning "stub atomicity functions are not atomic on this platform" [-Wcpp]

However, there's a config/cpu/m68k/atomicity.h available,
the config/sysdeps/atomicity.h just doesn't pick it up.
