Bug#655022: libffms2-dev must depend on zlib1g-dev

Hi,

packages built against libffms2 need to get linked against libz as well, at
least that's how it is referenced in its pkg-config file:

$ pkg-config --libs ffms2
-lffms2 -lz -lavformat -lavcodec -lswscale -lavutil

The other libraries are already Depends of libffms2-dev, so please add zlib1g-
dev, too.

PS: This hinders the proper detection of ffms2 support in the x264 build!
