With the latest upstream git revision, the comand above gives me this:

>> rtmpdump -r rtmp://vod.daserste.de/ardfs/mp4:videoportal/mediathek/Reportage+Dokumentation/c_200000/206683/

I guess upstream needs to take a closer look. Howard, can you comment on this?
