RFH: csound

Hi all,

During the past month or so I've been very busy, and haven't been able
to finish up the new upstream release of csound. I believe the package
is working fine, but I haven't tested extensively. But in particular,
I would welcome anyone doing a copyright review of the changes in both
versions. There is an embedded copy of the mpadec library (not really
used anywhere else, apparently), which needs checking. Also, there may
be new opcodes and whatnot. Any help will be appreciated.
