I just succeed on enabling the MP3 support for audacious 3.2.

So no patch, just needed to add some build-deps (libmpg123-dev and 
libmp3lame-dev).

Just tested on testing, reads MP3 like a charm.

So now, I will clean the packaging, maybe there are other things to 
clean before considering any upload to unstable.
