Your symbol hiding patch in the ffms2 package

Hi Rico,

I'm in the process of updating the ffms2 package to 2.17. Unfortunately,
the symbol-visibility.patch does no apply. Could you have a look,
please? I've CC'ed Rickard, who is listed as author for this patch, for
additional input.

I think I'll disable the patch for now, but leave it in the package so
that it remains easily accesible.

Btw, what was upstream's response to this patch?
