I'm a bit confused now. libav itself does not build depend on
libpostproc-dev, and if it did, then that would be a bug IMO.
In debian/experimental, libpostproc is no longer built by libav, but a
source package on its own:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/libp/libpostproc.html
Background: libpostproc has been removed from libav, and TBH, I'd
rather remove it from debian. However, a number of packages in debian
still build-depend on it, so it does make sense to still have a
standalone, libav independent libpostproc.
You could therefore use that source package for bootstrapping purposes
as well, but again, I did not really understand what the actual
problem is yet.
