Bug in libav package (can't migrate from ffmpeg)

Hello,

I can't replace ffmpeg with libav, the error is "libav-tools: trying tooverwrite '/usr/bin/qt-faststart', which is also in package ffmpeg..."
The error looks the same as http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=655917 which is supposed to be fixed.
I tried with libav 4.8.3
