Fons just released 0.1.1 which fixes a minor issue. There's still a bug
which makes the tool unusable for period-sizes of 1024 or larger. We're
just tracking that down. I suppose 0.1.2 or 0.2.0 will be released in
the next couple of days.

..but updating to a new upstream release that should be trivial now.
