Dear Maintainer,


exporting files (not saving, which works) with umlauts or other special
characters in their file name saves the filename incorrectly as reported
upstream in #1375 [1].

Thanks D. Michael McIntyre, this issue has been fixed in upstream
revision 13151 [2].

It would be awesome, if this patch was backported to Rosegarden 12.04-1
in Debian Wheezy.
