Handbrake repackaging

thanks for your calm reply. ;)

We do not criple packages at will. We will always try the best to keep 
our packages as usefull as possible. But sometimes it is impossible to 
keep all features, because we have to obey self-imposed 
"restrictions". Restrictions, that maybe others like d-m.o, upstream 
or even ubuntu do not necessarily follow.

As Reinhard already pointed out, the biggest challange with regard to 
handbrake is still ahead: porting the AAC encoding and MP4 muxing code 
to libavcodec and libavformat respectively (please note that both 
libraries are already in use in handbrake, but for other purposes).

Patches are, as always, welcome. :(
