Bug#690744: mediatomb: Daemon doesn't start on "service mediatomb start", but works on "service mediatomb restart".

Dear Maintainer,

When I run "service mediatomb start" in console, (or when it runs automatically
in start-up) the mediatomb daemon doesn't start.

If I run "service mediatomb restart" instead, the daemon runs normally.
