Bug#704941: vlc: Clicking the Playlist->Internet->Icecast pick causes Lua error messages

Dear Maintainer,

After doing this:

 - Entirely removed ~/.config/vlc (as suggested in a
   posting where somebody else described a similar problem)
 - Started VLC
 - Brought up the Playlist
 - Clicked the Icecast pick

...and saw this:
