ACK requested for csound upload

Dear release team.

It has been brought to my attention that the csound package had a bug
that I think should be fixed. The bug in question is that a header[1]
that is required for building plugins[2] was not being installed,
which makes it impossible to build plugins for csound with the current
libcsound64-dev package.

I would consider the bug to render the package unusable for building
plugins, and the fix low-risk (just install the extra file). I have
not yet produced a diff (I'm not on my dev machine), but will involve
just installing the file in debian/rules.

However, given the current late stage of the release, an upload may
not be welcome. Therefore I am requesting the release team's ACK for
such an upload.

I will reply to this mail with a diff once I have produced it.
