mpv: Yet another fork

Hey Team,

I have just learned that yet another fork of the mplayer/mplayer2 code
base is approaching. It is called mpv and has its changelog available
here:
https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/blob/master/DOCS/man/en/changes.rst

Some of this sounds promising. Is anybody from pkg-multimedia involved,
or are there any opinions or plans top get this packaged up?
