Bug#731213: guayadeque: Guayadeque misses dependency to gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3

I freshly installed Guayadeque on a Debian unstable system. When I
started Guayadeque and tried to listen to some Shoutcast stream I got an
error message.  It told me that the software misses some GStreamer
plugin. After some trial and error I found out that my system missed
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3. It would be nice if this could be inserted as
(recommended) dependency.
