I will advocate too.  I can also help with the DD process, since I recently
went thru it.  Its a pretty long process that involves quite a bit of work.
My advice is to start the process whenever you are ready, but don't stress out
making it happen fast.  Since you're a DM and I think you've been granted
upload access to all of the packages you maintain, you already have most of
the access you'll use.
