That's an annoying license indeed. Maybe you could add a clarification
to debian/copyright as to way this is problematic for programs depending
on this and not for the program itself? (Given the fact you apparently
need to claim to be conformant and may not be non-conformant.)

I added it to the whitelist nevertheless and it should be picked up
with the next full wanna-build run.
