From the screenshots, the picture is decoded correctly, and rendered by VLC 
with the correct pitch. So it has to be a bug in scaling or color space 
conversion. Make sure you did not install unofficial FFmpeg packages from third 
party repositories.

Reassigning to libswscale anyway.
