[SCM] ffdiaporama/master: Update for ffdiaporama 1.5 - Added b-d on libqimageblitz-dev - Replace dependency on ffmpeg by libav-tools - Added dependency on libavcodec-extra

Hi,

I just pushed changes that get rid of the -extra dependency (as well as
fixing some issues with the -pre option of avconv), so that it's easier to
find the error.
You just have to clone the repository, build it and run ffDiaporama to see
the error.

To reproduce the issue, add some images to the project in the project tab
and then click on the "generate video" one. I choose Multimedia systems
(2nd icon), click ok, and it should then fail this the unknown h264
encoder, even if I install libx264 lib.
